at Banner Ranch Julian
Whether it’s a festival, a corporate retreat, a wedding, trade show, or other special occasion, Banner Ranch is guaranteed to provide you and your guests with memories for a lifetime. The primary event area – the Meadow – boasts a circular grassy layout that can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Behind the Meadow, there is the Trail and finally the Junction where an additional 200 guests can be accommodated. There is a 30-space primitive campground perfect for tent camping. When you book with Banner Ranch, you will be assigned an on-site event coordinator who will make sure your production runs as smoothly as possible. We also have packages available that include audio/visual support and staging.

The Festive Forest is an approx. 1/2 mile Holiday Lights Walk, located at historic Banner Ranch (Banner Store), about 7 miles from Main St. Julian. Our orchard area is decorated with Christmas lights, inflatables, and more! Wear comfortable walking shoes, The Festive Forest is in a natural environment, no open-toe shoes please. Fun for the whole family! Walking trail is flat, but uneven in some areas with soft dirt. Stroller and wheelchair accessible if able to go on dirt.
Snacks, drinks, hot cocoa, bottled Julian cider and various beer available for purchase in the General Store/saloon and may be consumed while walking The Festive Forest.
4:30pm-8:30pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in December (closed Christmas Day). Weather permitting, since The Festive Forest is completely outdoors, we must close during bad weather. If rained out, tickets can be used for another night. Please call 760-237-0046 to confirm if open for evening.
Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Banner General Store in front during open hours, cash and credit card accepted.

Get into the Halloween spirit at our 3rd Annual Haunted Forest!!
Our Halloween Walk (approx. 1/2 mile) is bigger and spookier than ever!! The old orchard area will be decorated with graveyards, ghosts and ghouls galore! Open 6:30-9:30pm every Friday & Saturday in October, plus Sunday Oct. 29 and Halloween Night!!! (Weather permitting, if rained out , tickets can be used for another night, please call to confirm we are open for the evening 760-237-0046)
Costumes encouraged! Please wear comfortable walking shoes (no open toe shoes please) as it is a natural environment.
ALL AGES WELCOME! Parental discretion is advised due to some light gory content – also contains strobe lights and sudden sounds/movements.
Tickets can be purchased in advance on Eventbrite.com (button below) or in our General Store at the entrance of the property.
Snacks, drinks & beer available for purchase and may be consumed while walking The Haunted Forest.
A portion of The Haunted Forest proceeds will goes towards Julian Town Christmas Decorations.
