Our Rental Process

Our rental process is pretty straight forward. We have all potential residents tour the property with Todd, our on-site manager (he also lives on the property). From there if you find a tiny house you want to rent, we have you (& anyone else that will be living in the unit who is 18 or older) complete an application. Once received we review it and if approved we start the background process which is done through TransUnion SmartMove. The results will determine final approval & what your deposit will be.

There few tiny houses currently available for long term rental that range in price from $1,195-$1,395 per month with water, trash and sewer included in monthly rent.
